Potential for housing options for older LGBTQ people

This session, hosted by the London Irish LGBT Network, is designed to raise awareness about the potential for housing options for older LGBT communities.

It will be an open session providing an opportunity to hear from two speakers about the housing schemes they are involved in.

One of the speakers, Amanda Girling-Budd, is a representative of the London Older Lesbian CoHousing Group, which is one of the projects we have been supporting. She will be speaking about the progress of their scheme, which is partnered with L&Q Housing Association.

The session will also hear from Bob Green OBE, former CEO of Stonewall Housing, now with LGBT Foundation, Manchester.
