The Collective Ownership Society issues renewable leases, giving residents day-to-day control of the property through their member co-op, as well as a stake in the Society. The control and security offered to residents allows for a sense of community and belonging, and better planning in all aspects of their lives, and the ability to invest in energy efficiency measures.
With the benefit of our sector experience, CLH London and Catalyst Collective have worked with lenders and lawyers to craft a high impact and efficient investment vehicle capable of delivering an innovative form of tenure that bridges the gap between the private rented sector, home ownership, and social housing.
