Underwriting Innovation

There is a growing ecosystem of funders and lenders looking at community led housing, but the availability of affordable finance is still a challenge for new organisations. As part of the Doing Housing Differently discussion series, this session explores the concept of underwriting to make financing projects from a single source easier and giving lenders confidence on the basis that the perceived risks of non-payment are underwritten or secured from elsewhere.
