This one-day workshop is the second module in RUSS's education programme. It will cover costing and managing a project, working up a business plan and the planning process. Attending Module 1 before this workshop is advisable.

We'll be speaking about community led housing options in rethinking housing delivery, opening the market to new, innovative build solutions, putting more control in the hands of communities and delivering housing for all Londoners.

Studio Weave launch their new publication Living Closer: The Many Faces of co-housing, funded by an RIBA Research Fund grant. The book includes interviews from OWCH, London CLT, RUSS and our own CLH Adviser, Maria Brenton.
