Training for new Housing Co-ops
Sat 17th July 2021 - Sat 20th November 2021
Training sessions All sessions are scheduled for the third Saturday of each month. The programme includes:
17th April Legal duties for committee members
15th May Governing your co-op
19th June Managing your performance, your staff and your service provider
17th July The Regulatory Framework
18th September Managing your homes
16th October Budget setting and financial management
20th November Managing risk
18th December Your business plan
The sessions will run from 10.30 to 12.30 except for session 3 – Managing your performance, your staff and your service provider (10.30 to 1.00) and session 5 Managing your homes (10.30 to 2.30).
Each session will be delivered by CCH’s skilled and experienced trainers. They will be online interactive sessions, enabling participants to discuss the practicalities of governance and management of their co-ops.
Please note: it is advisable to book early as spaces are limited.
Costs for the sessions (payable in advance) are:
CCH member organisations £100 plus VAT per session
£500 plus VAT for all 8 sessions
Non CCH member organisations £150 plus VAT per session
£750 plus VAT for all 8 sessions
