RUSS Workshop: Module 2: Getting Moving …finding a viable site
Sat 25th April £25
9:45 am - 5:00 pm
RUSS has set up a School of Community-led Housing offering individuals, community groups and housing professionals the chance to learn from RUSS’s many years of experience and gain information about how to set up and develop a community-led housing project.
This one-day workshop is the second module in their education programme, and covers the actions required to take a community-led housing (CLH) project from a vision to the pre-planning stage.
Their workshops are informal and interactive, with practical exercises, and time to meet like-minded people, housing professionals and groups already involved in CLH projects.
Topics for this Workshop: Module 2
– Project Design
– Accessing Land
– Feasibility & Financial Viability
– Practical exercises
