Right to Build Expo

Local authorities now have a legal duty to prepare and publicise ‘Right-to-Build’ Demand Registers for people in their areas who want to commission their own home. They must also grant planning permission to meet demand.
The expo brings a fast-paced programme of experts, academics, policy, interviews, practical case-studies and trade stands. Community-led housing groups such as OWCH, RUSS, and PEACH are presenting, with a slot about the role of the clh london hub in the afternoon.
